Welcome to Common Sense Nutrition
We are all subject to a constant stream of nutrition and food messages from many sources: the media, TV programmes, advertising, celebrities, health professionals. But how do we know what to believe? It is my belief that some nutrition messages are not helpful and are not representative of the facts. Some sources may even have a different agenda than that of improving our health. I aim to provide trustworthy information about diet so that you can make informed decisions about what to eat for your health but also for your taste buds. Many of us do not enjoy much of our food or notice what we are eating, eating is a rushed process before we go on to do something else or whilst watching TV. I aim to inspire you to make time for eating, to cook your own food wherever possible and to enjoy eating.
I am available to help you with your specific nutritional needs, see services.
